From a two-person team to a nationwide recruitment network
24atwork started in 2014 with two recruiters and a shared belief: the recruitment industry was too transactional. We saw an opportunity to build something different — a firm that combines deep industry expertise with genuine care for the people on both sides of every placement.
Today, we operate across 8 industry verticals with dedicated teams in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. Our 120+ recruitment specialists bring an average of 7 years of sector-specific experience to every search.
