About the Role

Provide investment guidance to HNI clients, manage portfolios, and recommend wealth management strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage investment advisor activities within the Investment Banking division
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business targets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and team performance
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance culture

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
